Commercial Portfolio

Reinventing a building from its storied past to a refreshed structure for the next generation of use exemplifies sustainability through creativity. A new building purchase with a mediocre exterior aesthetic can have resounding impact on the success of a business. Yet using an eagle eye design approach, simple upgrades can yield incredible value. Working within existing parameters often provides more opportunity for clients than starting from a greenfield site, promising a unique sense of pride in the result.

IN CONSTRUCTION:

Arvada Dental Center // 6,000 SF // Arvada, CO

The collaboration effort with tenant improvement architect Bloom Studio for the Arvada Dental Center was one of a kind. Our client purchased this existing building with one existing tenant and a vacant suite, which will house their dental practice. The goals included modernizing the existing building, establishing increased visibility on all sides, and adding a patio + exterior structure outside for patients and staff to enjoy. Painting the existing brick and a combination of adding metal panels, standing seam metal and wood panel cladding turned this building from outdated to inviting and activated.

ON THE BOARDS:

Living Waters Bible Church // 8,480 SF / 3.4 acres // Pinal Co.

Entering into early design with Living Waters Bible Church, planning has begun to expand the church’s growth into existing property previously purchased. Existing buildings and structure must be reflected in the growth plan while being cognizant of cost. The future infill development of the property for the sanctuary building promises a holistic new look for a vibrant community.
